Clarification Of Roles And Tasks”

Since 1993, FEPTO has grown from 40 founding members to 79 training institutes, 8 accrediting organisations and some founding or individual members. FEPTO now faces completely different challenges. The development into a professional, Europe-wide organisation requires clarification and refinement of the various roles and tasks, as well as new organisational structures.

At the Annual Meeting, we usually have around 80 participants. Why do we come and why don’t others? Who do we represent, which roles are we playing, where do we come from and what is our purpose, our interest, our goal? What can we do for FEPTO and what could FEPTO do for us?

Our invitation is to make ourselves subject and object of exploration and thus to find common answers by the means Moreno has passed to us – by role reversal and sociodrama.
