Dear Psychodrama Friends, Members of FEPTO,

It is wonderful to see so much interest in the FEPTO conference in Cluj, Romania, from May 9-11! It is proof that psychodrama in Europe is more alive and thriving than ever.

Due to the high demand, all spots were filled, and the waiting list has also reached full capacity. The local organizing committee is doing its best to navigate this situation while ensuring a high-quality experience for participants.

As much as we would love to welcome everyone, our conference—like all things in life—has its limits. The workshops were carefully designed to be meaningful, which requires limited seats to ensure quality interactions. The beautiful city of Cluj also has limited suitable venues.

Unfortunately, registrations are now closed, and we regret that we cannot accommodate more participants. The number of applications had reached a record of 180 when we stopped it. However, we are working on potential solutions to expand capacity, particularly for those on the waiting list.

We truly appreciate the trust in the Romanian psychodrama community and encourage you to consider two other conferences happening in Romania this year:

FEES AND REGISTRATION

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers access to all conference activities, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, and the Saturday evening dinner.

Payment Method

Upon submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with bank transfer details.

Please note that your registration will be considered complete only after we confirm receipt of your payment.

Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please find our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Requests

Before March 1, 2025: Full registration fee refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

March 1–April 15, 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.

After April 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Transfer of Registration

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge until May 1, 2025.

Event Cancellation

Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for the event will be the responsibility of each participant.

The conference venue houses a luxury hotel (150 Eur / night / apartment), but we recommend more budget-friendly nearby hotels, as found on Booking.com:
