FEES AND REGISTRATION

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are very sorry to inform you that the Registration fees for the 2026 Conference and Annual Meeting have increased due to the Italian tax reform which requires VAT to be paid starting January 1, 2026, on the incomes other than associations’ membership fees. 

A necessary recalculation of the registration costs is required, as all registration fees are required by law to be subject to VAT and administrative and tax costs must be added to the overall cost.

Please, if you have already paid your fee before this update, you are kindly requested to make a further bank transfer to complete your payment. Thank you for your understanding!

These are the updated amounts for the:

Early Bird Registration fee,

until April 15 th, 2026

Late Bird Registration fee,

after April 15 th, 2026

Representative of FEPTO-member institutes;

Founding members;

Applicants for individual members.

The registration fee includes access to all Annual Meeting activities, a Certificate of Attendance, daily coffee breaks, the Social Dinner, the theatre performance, the event gadgets (shopper and notebook) and the Thursday excursion (including bus tour, a coupon for a coffee break in a historical coffee shop chosen by the LOC and the museum entrance ticket).

Payment Method

You will receive an email with bank transfer details upon submitting the registration form.

Please note that your registration will be considered complete only after we confirm your payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please find our cancellation and refund policy below:

  • Before March 3st, 2026: Full refund of the registration fee, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • From April 1st st to May 15 th, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • After May 16 th, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge until June 1st, 2026.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), full refunds will be issued.
