Annual Meeting Registration

FEES AND REGISTRATION

The registration fee includes access to all Annual Meeting activities, a Certificate of Attendance, daily coffee breaks, the Social Dinner, the theatre performance, the event gadgets (shopper and notebook) and the Thursday excursion (including bus tour, a coupon for a coffee break in a historical coffee shop chosen by the LOC and the museum entrance ticket).

Payment Method

You will receive an email with bank transfer details upon submitting the registration form.

Please note that your registration will be considered complete only after we confirm your payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please find our cancellation and refund policy below:

• Before March 3^st, 2026: Full refund of the registration fee, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• From April 1^st st to May 15 ^th, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• After May 16 ^th, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge until June 1^st, 2026.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), full refunds will be issued.
