Registration Fees

The registration fee covers access to all AM activities, a certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, and several meals (depending on pricing, which will be determined closer to the conference date due to the evolving economic situation in Romania.)

Payment Method

You will receive an email with bank transfer details upon submitting the registration form.

Please note that your registration will be considered complete only after we confirm receipt of your payment.

Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please find our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Requests

Before March 1, 2025: Full refund of the registration fee, minus a 10% administrative fee.

March 1–April 15, 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.

After April 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge until May 1, 2025.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), full refunds will be issued.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for the event will be the responsibility of each participant.
The AM venue houses a luxury hotel (150 Eur / night / apartment), but we recommend more budget-friendly nearby hotels, as found on Booking.com:

Additionally, Airbnb and Booking.com offer a range of accommodations in the area, including private apartments.
